I've bought a pair of Koi reading glasses previously which I really liked. Thinking that a second spare pair of glasses was a sensible thing, I ordered the Ice pair for a change. I was however, really disappointed, they seemed flimsy and I felt like they wouldn't last very long. I returned them and replaced with another pair of Koi's.

Always use Opulize for our glasses and receive very good service, but this time I’d made a mistake and not ordered the correct reading strength. It was so easy to return them and get a replace order within 4 days!!!! Thank you
