Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it for a full refund.
Received a faulty pair?
If your glasses arrive damaged or develop a fault, please let us know and we will investigate and resolve it as soon as possible.
How to return:
- Email us at info@opulize.co.uk to request a return
- Once your return is approved, we'll send you a returns label and instructions.
- Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
