I have ordered loads of glasses from Opulize. I have them all over the house but drop them quite frequently as they are always off then on again and sometimes fall from the top of my head, where they are to be found when not needed. When I ordered the wrong strength recently, I was sent a return label and the correct set was delivered in a couple of days so great service. Thanks.
